Did you know we make our own chocolates right here at the brewpub?

Our handmade, hand-rolled chocolate truffles are the perfect grown-up Halloween treat. Pick up a few from our Provisions store to share with your favourite ghosts and ghouls, bring along as a hostess gift, or keep all to yourself. We won’t tell! 👻

And for those who like their chocolate with a little extra spirit, we’ve even created our own chocolate-inspired spirits, including our award-winning Chocoholic Crème de Cacao. 🍸

It started with a brewery, a waterfront pub, and people calling their friends from the lobby payphone: “You gotta be down here.” ☎️🍺

We brought in grain and hops, added local water, and brewed b**r where people could gather to enjoy it. By the early ’90s, we were finding local growers to supply our kitchen, too.

As co-founder Paul Hadfield puts it: “Local food just seemed to make so much sense.”
