Caffe Fantastico is a family run coffee roastery in Victoria, B.C. We operate three locations in Victoria: The Roastery at 965 Kings Road, Tre Fantastico at 810 Humboldt, and Fantastico Bar-Deli at 398 Harbour Road. All coffee roasting is done here - it is the heart of our operation! Open 7:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday and 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. Fantastico Bar-Deli in Vic Wes

t is half coffee bar and half deli. Enjoy a fresh coffee with a specially curated charcuterie board either inside or on the waterfront patio. This location is also licensed, and has a full menu. The location is open every day, with the coffee bar open 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., and the deli 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Tre Fantastico is located in the Parkside Hotel and serves a full bistro-style menu, that pairs perfectly with the local ale and wine selection! Open Sunday-Tuesday 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Wednesday-Saturday 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Inside seating is available and an outdoor patio.

You probably know that Ethiopia is the birthplace of the Arabica coffee species, it’s also the cradle of human evolution. Our coffee, Ardi, is named after Ardipithecus Ramidus, believed to be the oldest hominid skeleton found dating back to 4.4 million years. Developed by one of our long-time Ethiopian importers, Samuel Demisse of Keffa Coffee, Ardi makes a great companion for summer's brighter mornings.

GTN supports several coffee growing communities located on the slopes of Volcan San Juan, located northeast of Puerto Vallarta. Farmer members benefit from a fully traceable QC system that has earned them higher premiums for quality helping to ensure long-term sustainability.

This was the first coffee destination we visited almost three decades ago.

This formative visit continues to inform our core values. Transparency, sustainability, and fair pay make up the essential ingredients in our definition of quality.

As a result, our relationships have led to the development of exclusive lots to ensure that the quality of our coffee meets our highest standards.
