After much reflection, I want to share that Ixim Café+Bistro will be closing its doors.

Before that, I’m offering a few private farewell evenings — a warm, simple gathering centered on ancestral comfort food, nourishment, and being together in this space one last time.

Expect:
Hand-pressed tortillas & build-your-own tacos 🌽
Simple soups (vegetarian & marrow broth options)
Pupusas, tostadas, and a shared sweet
Fire, candlelight, and art in everyday gestures 🔥🌲
Cocktails, mocktails, elixirs, and spiced hot chocolate
