The time has come to announce the end of the Warman Diamond Rodeo.
This decision has not come easy……
In our ever changing world with record economic increases it is just not feasible to continue as a non profit organization.

The WDR has had an amazing 27 year run!

We would like to sincerely thank YOU all who made the rodeo possible!

Our sponsors who generously supported the rodeo.

Past and present committee members whom brought this amazing event to life every year.

The volunteers who graciously gave there time to make it happen each and every year.

WDR is proud to say over $400,000.00 has been donated back into our community!
All because of a idea that came to fruition 27 years ago.

For many, many people the second week in June will never quite be the same…

May we meet again on the trail to support the many different organizations in our great city!

It’s with heavy hearts that within the climate of our world today we are announcing the cancellation of the Warman rodeo for this year.

Our rodeo is a non profit organization and rely heavily on the generosity and support of our sponsors. During this difficult time our economy has also struggled, with such uncertainty around the economy we cannot expect our sponsors to be able to have sponsorship funds available with all things considered. We have immense respect and gratitude for all of our sponsors and what they have done that we want to respect what they are going through in this trying time. As always we ask each of you to please support our local businesses even more so in these trying times.

We will be back in full swing June 2021 until then we hope you are all staying healthy and enjoying this time at home with your loved ones.
In a world where the pace seems to do nothing but speed up, we hope you take the time to reconnect with the things that are truly important to you.

Day two of our rodeo is only a few hours away!
Don’t forget to come at 5:30 with your TEAM OF THREE for the Wild pony race!
We had some rough and tough cowboys and cowgirls riding last night and we can’t wait to fill our six teams up again tonight.

First come first serve, preference will be given to kids who have not already rode this weekend.

Come have an experience of a lifetime, a free T-shirt and be all smiles!

June 7-9 We have been working hard to bring you 3 days of action packed family fun!!!

Friday June 7th.
-5:00 Gates, beer gardens and concession open.
-6:00 Wild pony registration( see note below for important information)
-6:30 Rodeo performance
Rodeo Admission $15 Adults and students 10yrs and under free when accompanied by an adult.
-8:30 Live entertainment in the beer gardens from local talent Travis Blanchard.
-10:30 Fire works display in Warman High School football field.

Saturday June 8th.
-Pancake breakfast 8-10am. Cost by donation.
-10:00am. Parade route starts
-11:00-3:00 Kidsville in the Diamond arena featuring: Bouncy castles, face painting, balloon twisting
AND on stage at 1:00pm Top Saskatchewan Entertainer of year MAGICIAN DANNY KAZAM! Admission $5 per child.
-12:00-2:30 Heavy horse competition Admission $5 per person.
-12:00 Concession open.
-2:30 Beer garden open.
-4:30 Gates open
-5:30 Wild pony registration( see note below for important information)
-6:00 Rodeo performance, Rodeo admission $15 adult and students 10yrs and under free when accompanied by an adult.
-9:00 Cabaret featuring Tommy John Ehman tickets available at the gate.
Admission $15 ID required a 19 and over event.
Sunday June 9th.
-10:00 am. Cowboy Church in lobby of Warman Diamond Rodeo Arena, refreshments and donuts served after fellowship graciously donated by Warman Tim Hortons.
-12:30 Gates, concession and beer gardens open.
-1:30 Wild pony registration (see important information below)
- 2:00 final Rodeo performance, * An exciting feature and addition for Sunday’s final rodeo performance will be an increased amount of entries in Bull riding!!! WDR will have more bulls and riders brought in for more heart racing 8 second rides for you to cheer on!
Rodeo admission $15 Adult and students 10yrs and under free when accompanied by an adult.

**** Wild pony registration will be done on a FIRST COME basis! We have a limit of 6 teams per rodeo performance. Participants must be between the ages of 8-12 years old and must have HIS/HER parent present to sign consent form at time of registration. We will supply all the equipment needed to participate.
There is 3 cowboys and/or cowgirls per team.****

Tommy John Ehman band is excited to be performing at our cabaret! Are you as well?
I will tell you for free WE ARE!! “Free” you say?!
We have 4 cabret tickets up for grabs!!!
You must:
1. Tag the 3 lucky friends you are taking with you, and
2. Like and follow our rodeo FB page.
Winner to be announced on Thursday June 6th.
Tickets to the cabaret can be purchased on showpass.com or available at the gate $15
19 and over event ID required.
Gates open at 9:00
