Feature Waffles!!! 🧇😍

Our chef, Dan, is a total rockstar in the kitchen and continues to impress us with his skills each and every day. His most recent feature waffle includes basil poached oranges, whipped mascarpone cream, orange curd, candied orange zest and a basil leaf garnish- All thoughtfully layered on our classic liege waffle 🤤 We nicknamed it the “Summit Sunset” and it was a total hit!!! 🤩🤩🤩 A big round of applause to our talented (and athletically inclined) team member Noah, for packing this waffle up to the summit of Bear’s Hump to capture this creation in all its glory!

What should our next feature waffle be? 🤔🥰

We are adding to our coffee team for the busy summer in Waterton.

We have a full-time, barista position available. Do you love coffee with a side of fresh mountain air?? Come join our team! Seeking passionate coffee enthusiasts (*bonus if you have prior experience in a busy cafe or roastery)

Most important, we want to work with people who are fun to be with, team-focused, and all-around good humans. Extra points if you already love Waterton, but we're willing to train, if necessary :)
