This is such sad news! Can’t even imagine starting up a household from scratch. Christina, Troy and their kids will be staying at our rental in Wellington and we have provided them with a few essentials like dishes, linens, towels and pillows but there’s still a big gap to be filled : beds, dressers, kitchen table and chairs, couch etc etc. I think a Facebook group is being created to list items already donated and what is still needed. I will post a link as soon as I have it. But of course cash is always needed for food, Christmas gifts for the kids etc. If you have a bit to spare a little from a lot of people goes a long way.
