10 Y E A R S! THANK YOU! ❤️

Ten years ago, we bought a building & moved the business. We completely re branded the corporation in a HUGE way. We went from Coffee Shop to Smoked Meats. As two young adults in our 20s, stepping into the unknown was intimidating. However, we believed in Mike’s culinary education, our love for smoked meats, and we were determined to apply this knowledge and skill to grow within the culinary industry & knew it was a risk worth taking.
What started as a dream has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined, and none of it would have been possible without this amazing community.
In a small town, a restaurant becomes more than a place to eat. It becomes Friday night dinners, ‘ that restaurant’ you go back to after last years camping trip in that small town, catching up with neighbours, patio beers, celebrating birthdays, grabbing takeout after a long day and seeing familiar faces walk through the door. To every customer who’s visited once, to those who make a point to pop in & see us because you’re in the area again and those who’ve visited hundreds of times, thank you.
To our staff, our families, and this amazing community, thank you for believing in us. This anniversary isn’t just ours, it belongs to all of us.
