Naked Sprout Cafe & Eatery is hiring for the winter season !!!

Cafe all rounder position available; Full & Part-Time

Looking for some dynamic, energetic and hard working candidates that are passionate about plant-based food.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
At the Naked Sprout, you get to do a little bit of everything such as order taking, cash handling, prepping food, preparing orders, serving customers, cleaning, dishwashing, etc which makes it a great place to learn different positions in a restaurant.

PERKS:
- FREE Staff meal + Smoothie while working
- Discounted meal when off work
- Paid breaks
- Food Safe Certificate provided for the right candidate

SCHEDULE:
- Full-time: 4-5 shifts / week
- Part-Time = 2-3 shifts / week
- Schedule: 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm / Mix of both shifts

WAGE:
$18/hour + $8-$12/hour in tips

REQUIREMENT:
- Housing is NOT provided with this position so you will need to find secure housing prior the completion of your hiring
- Valid Working permit
- Available to stay until April 7th and beyond if you want Year round position available!

3 years baby 🎉

3 full years since I embarked in that crazy journey of being the single owner/operator of the Naked Sprout Cafe & Eatery 🌱

And I do it all; I’m the chef, the cashier, the barista, the dishwasher, the cleaner, the maintenance girl, the bookkeeper, the trainer, the Human Resources department… name it, I do it 💪🏻

Of course I have the help of a fabulous team, that keep changing but hey, it’s the reality of having a small business in a resort town 🤷‍♀️ A big thank you to the 50 employees I hired in these past 3 years. Even if you didn’t stay long, it helped me so THANK YOU 🙏

And thanks to my family for supporting me in that crazy journey; especially my 2 teenagers that keep saving me when I’m totally screwed ❤️

Little crazy recap of that 3 years. And all made in my little shoe box of a shop:
- Sandwiches & Wraps ~ 35 K
- Smoothies & Juices ~ 28 K

- Soups & Ramen ~ 6 K

- Wrinkles on my face = no number you can see from day 1 to now 😂
- Gray hair = yay, it’s why I wear a hat 😜
- Hours worked = don’t get me counted 🧐
- Laughters = a lot 🤪
- Breakdowns = a few 😩
- Work shoes = 8 👟
- Hat = 1 🤦‍♀️ That same old pink one! 🧢
