You can enjoy Dokara (ど辛) from Yamamoto Brewery ONLY at Harajuku Izakaya 🍶✨

Straight from Akita, Japan, this ultra-dry Junmai sake is crafted by the legendary Yamamoto Brewery — known for combining traditional craftsmanship with bold, modern style.

Dokara is brewed using their exclusive proprietary yeast, “Sexy Yamamoto Kobo” — a unique house yeast discovered and isolated by the brewery itself.
This special yeast creates the signature flavor profile behind the famous “Do-Kara” experience: crisp, clean, and intensely dry.

❄️ Enjoy it chilled for a sharp, refreshing extra-dry finish.
🔥 Warm it up to bring out rich rice flavor and deep umami notes.
