🚨 ONE LAST DAY 🚨
Well… here we are.
The end of an era. Seven and a half years. The best team, thousands of guests millions of laughs and countless cocktails.
We’ve watched first dates become marriages. Welcomed weddings, birthdays, promotions, breakups, reunions, and all the beautiful little moments in between. We’ve had the privilege of helping shape Whistler’s hospitality scene while somehow remaining a locals’ hideout all at once.
And we couldn’t be prouder.
TODAY IS OUR LAST DAY OF SERVICE.

A quick reminder: WE LOVE YOU ALL.
If there’s a wait at the door, if we can’t get you in right away, if we’re running around like absolute lunatics—it’s only because so many people want to be here with us today. Trust us, there is no amount of “I KNOW...” that will magically create more seats. We wish we could fit every single one of you inside at once.
Today will be filled with laughs. It will be filled with tears. It will be filled with stories, hugs, and probably a few very questionable decisions.
One last Negroni.
One last potato puff.
Sorry... the chicken’s already gone.
One last dance.
One last round.
Because we came for the martinis. 🍸
That was always the idea. A place where you could get a really good cocktail, settle in, stay awhile, and feel like you belonged.
As for why we’re closing?
Well... it just didn’t PAN out.
But what we built together? That part worked beautifully.
Thank you for every drink ordered, every late night, every celebration, every recommendation to a friend, every bit of support along the way.
Let’s send her off the only way we know how.
