The Take + Bake meals will be pre-order only, but the Ready to Eat options are available by pre-order or by ordering on Halloween day.

This Brocktober, The Brock House is proud to support BGC Durham (Boys & Girls Club of Durham) — an incredible organization that serves thousands of children and teens every year.

When you order select items from our Brocktober Menu, 10% of proceeds will be donated to help BGC Durham continue their vital work.

Through after-school and out-of-school programs, youth leadership, recreation and aquatics, youth justice, outreach and housing, and inclusion and behaviour supports — , BGC Durham is always finding new opportunities to empower young people and help them thrive - because at BGC, Opportunity Changes Everything.

Why do we need your help?

We need your input on what classic dishes you would like to see. The most popular responses will be on one of the weekly menus. If it's a major hit, maybe it will be a repeat dish?

Families Feeding Families | September 1 - 30th

We are so excited to announce our September Feature “Families Feeding Families”. We teamed up with Simcoe Hall Settlement House to help support their very depleted Food Bank. For the whole month we will be offering a selection of Family Style Meals available for 2 guests and up. For each meal ordered we will donate 10% towards Simcoe Halls Food Bank.

“Simcoe Hall's Food Bank is currently supporting over 3,000 unique individuals each month, a significant increase reflecting the growing needs within our community. With a 52% rise in new clients, many of whom are seniors, individuals on ODSP, and the working poor. This surge in demand has put considerable pressure on our resources, making community support more crucial than ever. By purchasing this special in September in support of Simcoe Hall's Food Bank, you are directly contributing to the purchase of food that goes straight to those in need within our community. 🦀🦀 Seafood Fest is Back! 🦀🦀

It's that time of year again! We have extended Seafood Fest this year to the whole month of August. We will be changing the menu every 7/8 days.

We will be releasing the first 2 weeks of menus on our website on Monday, July 29th, in the afternoon. So keep your eyes peeled!

☀️ SUMMER HAPPY HOUR ☀️

You asked, we listened. Beginning this weekend we will be running until the end of September a Summer Happy Hour!

We have created a condensed Happy Hour Menu with items from food menu, and yes our Prime is included! We also have deals on select cocktails, beer and wine.

Meet the Next Generation.

Maddie + Matt Bryan and our chef Corey Duncan. So yes, TBH is staying in the family :).

Maddie grew up in the restaurant industry, always wanting to follow in her fathers footsteps. Yes, you guessed it, Chris is her dad. From a young age Maddie worked for Chris (basically from the time she could walk). After university, she ventured off to live and work in Toronto, learning from several reputable restaurant groups (Canoe, Byblos, Fabbrica and The Hot Stove). Maddie came back home to manage TBH 10 years ago.

Matt graduated from George Brown while working at Mark McEwans financial district restaurant in Toronto. Matt worked for the company for 11 years earning his way up in the company and becoming the mixologist for all of Mark's restaurants. Matt then made a tough choice to leave Toronto to work along side Maddie 9 years ago. They have become a dynamic duo for our front of house.

Corey graduated from culinary school from Humber College. Shortly after TBH opened Corey started as a line cook and soon became our Sous Chef. Corey strived to become head chef, so in 2015, he ventured off to become head chef at Urban Pantry in Uxbridge. In 2019 Corey was offered the position as Head Chef of TBH and quite honestly was the best decision we made. He has transformed our restaurant and got us through Covid with his hard work and dedication.

We are beyond excited to be given this opportunity. We have a lot of exciting ideas in the works, so stay tuned!

Lastly, we want to give a HUGE thank you to the overwhelming response we received for our post for Chris. The kind words that were left were more than emotional for all of us. It was definitely a true testimate to the impact he made on this community. We are definitely going to miss having him around, but we are super excited to start this next chapter.
