With forests burning, orange skies overhead, and another record-breaking heat wave, it feels more important than ever to support the people growing food close to home. 🧑‍🌾
We appreciate everyone who sees the value in a dinner that comes from local farms instead of a Sysco warehouse.

The world felt a little dystopian yesterday.

Orange skies, wildfire smoke, and a heatwave that had us questioning every life choice standing in front of a pizza oven.

But you still showed up. Masks on, shopping local, supporting small businesses, checking in on each other.

Remember that time a clairvoyant guest quietly let us know there was a dead woman sitting on our dining room couch... staring directly at him?

Once he mentioned her, things changed. Lamps started crashing. Lights began flashing. The strange little happenings became impossible to ignore, and eventually we decided it was time for the couch to go.

And if you hear someone enthusiastically asking if you'd like a lemonade, that's our son Pheonix. He's here with his lemonade stand, learning that community is built one conversation—and one cup—at a time.
