Spring is moving fast right now. Wild leeks, fiddleheads, first vegetables, handmade pasta, sourdough, and whatever the forest decided to give us this week. Brief, fleeting, delicious things.

Expect handmade pasta, spring vegetables, wild greens, local organic produce, ferments, herbs, flowers, wild ferments, and deeply seasonal cooking.

THIS WEEK 🌱

Wednesday we’re back at the Whitby Farmers’ Market.

Taking preorders for baked goods because they always go fast — all organic, all gluten free except the cinnamon buns.

From Tori’s Bakeshop:
• Vanilla donuts
• Dark chocolate donuts
• Cinnamon buns

Plus Portobello Road muffins:
• Blueberry
• Chocolate chip

We’ll be pouring fermented beverages all day — currently working on a strawberry rhubarb water kefir — and strawberry matchas are making their return too 🍓

Friday + Saturday night — supper club.
Many tables open this week.

4 or 6 courses of local vegetables, handmade pasta, fermented things, and little seasonal surprises. Reservation only. Message to reserve or book online.

Then Sunday we head back to Greenwood Park for Leslieville Farmers’ Market — sourdough pizzas, all day, under the trees.

A really beautiful week ahead.

This weekend’s tasting menu has been deep in spring forage: wild leeks, fiddleheads, morels, herbs, flowers and the first real rush of local vegetables.
