蜂蜜綠茶!對 這不是奶茶 看起來很像 但是其實他沒有奶在裡面!
很多人在問小弟 為什麼要花時間搖我們的飲料 讓小弟來告知一下 我們堅持要搖我們的飲料因為這不只是讓飲料變冰 他還會把空氣搖入 口感會變得綿密細緻 . 這是用攪拌拌不到的口感!最近小弟升級了我們的硬體設備 讓飲料能搖出接近 氫氣冷翠咖啡的口感 不需要打氫氣 . 不過氣泡還是會隨著時間而消失 所以建議大家儘快飲用! 謝謝大家的支持 小弟會繼續堅持給大家最好的飲品!

"Shaken, not stirred." Yes, this drink does not contain dairy in it although it looks like one with!
Greetings everyone! Frequently, people ask and wonder why we shake our drinks instead of stirring. The reason behind the shaking process is to create a cold and icy drink. Also, we insist to shake our drinks in order to create the bubbly froth(not milk froth) in the drink. These tiny bubbles add a creamy texture to the drink which is something that cannot be created by stirring. (FYI, this is how "bubble tea" originally came from). Have you ever tried Nitro Cold Brew? This is a drink charged with nitrogen to give a rich and smooth texture. Similarly, we have gotten a new shaker machine recently which creates a similar texture as the Nitro cold brew without charging nitrogen. The result was so much better than our older shaker machine. However, these air bubbles dissipate quickly and with them this texture is lost. So, we strongly recommend our customers to drink our shaken one as it is!
