✨Sawyer’s Craft Barbecue Turns 3✨
What started out as four friends taking a chance on an idea, has grown into a family bigger than we could ever imagine! We opened our doors to the public 3 years ago today, and even though this is our 4th summer, it seems like just yesterday we started this crazy dream!
We’ve been so lucky to have the majority of our staff family with us since that first summer, which in today’s world, is almost unheard of. We have had a few originals move on to the next chapter in their own lives, but they will always remain family. Our team continues to grow, and those new and old, we love you all.
Our staff is the backbone of our restaurant, and we wouldn’t be here today without them.
Our goal was to dive into our passion of barbecue head on, while mixing in our love of cocktails, and highlighting the abundant local beer scene here in Windsor. Some said it would be hard to pull off all 3, but we pressed on. Three years, and four summers later, we feel as if we’re still getting started!
