The Chelsea - an Ultra-Pub - a spot where you can dress up and come out for dinner or drinks - meet old friends and make new ones. The venue exudes the aura of big city fine casual dining experience. The venue very classy while maintaining a cozy relaxing atmosphere - once you come in you won't want to leave. The Chelsea is conceptualized around the Chelsea Village in Manhattan. A trendy and hip borough of Manhattan that has long since been at the fore front of fashion, food and fun. Their residents live and enjoy the vibrant energetic synergies of their city harmoniously with trendy cool restaurants, pubs and nightlife venues. Upon entering the venue, guests will acknowledge the uniqueness of the brand's design. The design is flawlessly done to achieve the goals of bringing the Chelsea Village's vibe to Downtown Windsor.
The Chelsea serves food from Ontario's ONLY coal fired oven. While everything can be eaten as an entree, our menu is meant to be shared. From the only oven in Ontario that can hit over 1000 degrees, showcasing coal fired gourmet pizza like no other - served in a 12” and 20” size (6” available for children). There are 9 signature pizzas to choose from (and yes one will be in honour of our city’s famous pizza reputation called ‘The Windsor’). Along with the coal fired pizza, The Chelsea also showcases gourmet coal fired wings served with caramelized onions and topped with feta cheese. The Chelsea also serves a selection of hot and cold plated shareables and salads. To ensure all palates are pleased, The Chelsea also serves a vegan, gluten free and heavy vegetarian options on their menu. Keto and gluten-free options are also available. The Chelsea also strives to source local fresh ingredients where possible.
