Bartender Position Available

The Windsor Hook & Ladder Club is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Bartender to join our team. As a valued part of our club, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent service to our members and guests.
Position Overview
The Bartender is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining efficient bar operations, and ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Operate and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
Process payments and balance cash receipts
Stock and replenish bar inventory, including beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies
Change beer kegs as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding service areas
Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
Verify identification and comply with all liquor licensing regulations
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work collaboratively with club staff and management to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience preferred
Smart Serve certification (required)
Experience using POS systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move stock, including beer kegs
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed
