RASPBERRY FROYO x VANILLA BEAN FROZEN CUSTARD 🍦🍦🍦
Over the last little while, we’ve heard some of your comments that our soft serve texture hasn’t been quite where it should be. We agreed 🤷♀️
So yesterday we did a deep dive into our recipes, machine settings, and production process to figure out exactly what was going on. After a lot of testing (and a lot of tasting 🥴), we’ve made some changes that we’re really excited about.
Today’s lineup is the first batch using our updated recipes and machine settings, and we think the texture is better than it’s been in a long time.
A quick note: yes, these are two completely different styles of soft serve. The raspberry side is a frozen yogurt, while the vanilla bean side is a true frozen custard made with egg yolks. You can enjoy either flavour on its own, or swirl them together. There’s no wrong answer here, we’ve been eating both all day and can confirm they’re equally dangerous 🤤
