As if 150 different shortbread cookies isn’t enough… let’s add another one.

This time it’s Ambrosia Cheesecake Shortbread.

A classic summer favourite, but make it Sable.

🍍🍒🍊🥥 Our cheesecake-inspired shortbread is loaded with pineapple, our own house-candied cherries, and a hint of orange. It’s topped with pineapple cheesecake buttercream and finished with toasted organic coconut. 🍍🍒🍊🥥

We’ve captured all the flavours of that classic summer favourite in one cookie.

I wonder what new cookie we should create next. 🤔

Planning is already in full swing for this year’s holiday collection, and it’s time for us to order the specialty boxes for our annual Shortbread Advent Calendar.

Ordering now helps us plan production. Place your order by Friday, July 10 at 6:00 p.m. and, as our thank you, we’ll send you a $10 Sable Shortbread gift card.

Use it right away, tuck it into a stocking, or save it for your holiday shopping later this year.

Every Advent Calendar is made by hand in small batches and features exclusive cookies you won’t find anywhere else. (Shh… we’re working on this year’s recipes right now!)
