After working in the restaurant business for over 20 years, it had been her dream to be her own boss. Greta can be seen working at her stores with her three daughters and husband. Their goal is to make each customer feel part of their family while eating a great meal by their professional salad makers. There are currently three locations open in Windsor and Amherstburg area.
