Some people have reached out and asked for further explanation of what to expect so here we go.

I invite you to join myself and Cookie Bar on April 29th for a 5 Course Dining Experience. Starting at 6pm for cocktails and dinner to start a 7pm.

The theme for the meal is Vegan. I love food and respect it in all its forms. My approach to food is to always challenge myself and try different and unique things. While at the same time putting my own "Black Magic" twist to it. As such the overall meal has a tropical caribbean vibe as I lean on my roots to create a plant based meal that a meat eater would be satisfied. And so with this dinner I lean heavily with that.
The meal will consist of 5 Courses broken down as

First Course - Amuse Bouche/Starter
Second Course - Soup/App/Salad
Third Course - Palate Cleanser
Fourth Course - Entree
Fifth Course - Dessert

For those who want to try something new & fun. For those those looking for a different food experience. For those who believe that when good food and good people come together, Magic happens.

Here is an invitation for you to
"Taste The Magic" like you never have before with a VEGAN Twist. Indulge in a Communal Plant-Based feast from the perspective of a devoted but open-minded carnivore. Expect playfully inventive, intensely flavorful dishes that challenge expectations and completely redefine what vegan cuisine can be.

You will partake in a Vegan Three Course Blind Chefs Tasting Menu plus Amuse Bouche & Palate Cleanser. A culinary engagement where each course is a surprise. You wouldn't find out what you're eating until it's placed in front of you and then described by the chef.

So come take this ride with us and experience Vegan the Black Magic way.
