What happens in the mountains, can now happen in your home in Winnipeg! ⛰️

I am currently in the most northern town in British Colombia working as the Chef of a heli ski lodge. Super fun, everyday I get to create something new and exciting.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked as the executive chef in backcountry lodges across Canada. What I’ve always loved most is the intimacy of connecting with guests, creating memorable meals, and sharing great food over good wine.

That’s what inspired Take Home Chef.

We bring that same experience into your home. An elevated, five-course tasting menu, prepared and presented by your own personal chef at home.

No reservations. No crowds. Just an unforgettable evening at your table.

Why Take Home Chefâť“

I’ve spent many years as the executive chef at boutique heli-ski lodges. What I love most is the creative freedom. Everyday I get to create and explore a whole new menu, while getting to personally know the guests around the table.

I absolutely love what I do and feel fortunate for all the different places my career has taken me. It can however be hard to balance out those home roots while always away.

This is why I started Take Home Chef. I wanted to capture the intimacy and feel of a lodge, in my home city of Winnipeg.

While I haven’t quite figured out how to bring the mountains back with me, I wanted to recreate that same feeling: thoughtful food, great wine, and a memorable evening shared with friends and family.

Try something new and local in Winnipeg, without having to travel out to the mountains! 🏔️
