Owner - Lourdes Federis is the founder and organizer of Food Trip Festival - The biggest Filipino Food Festival in Manitoba since 2017. It is a two-day festival attracting top industry professionals, restaurateurs, chefs and all food aficionados mostly Filipinos. Lourdes Federis also saw the importance of gathering families and friends through a meal and wanted to bring the Foodtrip experience all year long.
