Well folks, the Fusion Stop experiment was a blast. We opened this restaurant as a year trial to see how it would work. We learned a lot! Our lease is up at club St B so our time in the St B hotel has come to an end. We will be closing our doors on Friday Sept 22 for the last time.
Hope you can make it down before we close.

Le Burger Week 2023 starts TODAY!!!
You can pick up 2 burgers in 1 spot at Fusion Stop.
Fusion Stop is offering Di Island Boy - Housemade beef patty on a sesame seed bun with habanero aioli, mango slaw, tomato, hot pickles, curried chili meat sauce, cheese and sweet & Spicy mustard
and The Churro Stop is offering Quad C Churro Burger - The quad C Churro burger combines the best 'C' flavours. We start with a Churro "bun", house made Chorizo patty, Chimichurri mayo and grandma's apple Chutney, lettuce a fried egg and garnished with siracha and cilantro.

So many exciting things happening in this last full week before school starts! Swipe through all the pictures to see all the awesome things going on this week
You are going to be able to shop for back to school AND grab churros and empanadas when you shop at and from 3-8.
On the weekend you can find us at and then at which will be in the Polo Park area!
Then on Friday, in the restaurant .mb, starts!!! We are so excited to be offering Di Island Boy burger from Chef Mo at Fusion Stop and the Quad C Churro Burger offered by Both these burgers will be available at Fusion Stop and also on delivery apps Door Dash, Ship the Dishes and Uber Eats.
