Meet the Strawberry Shortstack.

Built on Red Bank Canadian Whisky and layered with Barn Hammer wortflour for a subtle bitterness balancing, this cocktail's burnt maple syrup and brown butter into a rich, indulgent base. It's topped with an Aperol strawberry purée, a tiny buttermilk pancake, and a sweet-and-savory marshmallow for the full breakfast-for-dessert experience.

Because pancakes belong at every hour of the day.
