The permits are in hand, the final touches are underway, and the espresso is flowing.

After months of planning, building, and preparation, we are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our newest cafĂŠ at Grant Park Shopping Centre.

Mother’s Day Weekend at the Roastery 🌷☕

We’re open this weekend at 877 Henderson Highway, and it’s the perfect stop for your favourite coffee and a little something beautiful for Mom.

We’re excited to have a Mother’s Day bouquet pop-up from with beautiful bouquets available for pickup while you’re in.

Today was one of those days where everything started to feel real.

- iPads installed. ( PDM solutions )
- Coffee brewers in. ( Delucas )
- Espresso machines installed. ( Delucas )
- Electrical complete. ( Aytech )
- Paint complete. ( Medditeranian Painting )

And finally… espresso dialed in and tasting exactly the way it should. ☕

You may think this happened over the course of a week… but this entire photo dump is from ONE day.

A massive amount of work behind the scenes, long hours, problem solving, moving equipment, fine tuning details, and bringing this space to life piece by piece.

And somehow… we’re still not done.

Tomorrow is another huge day with even more major pieces coming together. We are getting very, very close now.

Life’s been moving fast lately.

Lots happening, lots being built, lots being poured into every day.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is slow down for even a few minutes.

Today, I took a moment to stop into our cafĂŠ at 140 Provencher Boulevard in St. Boniface, grab an espresso, sit by the window bar, and just enjoy the moment.

No rush. Just great coffee and a little quiet time.

If you’re out and about, come by and do the same.

Even it’s five minutes to yourself, a conversation with a friend, or simply your favourite coffee in hand.

A beautifully pulled espresso, featuring a Brazilian roast done in-house. Clean, rich, and dialed in just right.

But more than the coffee, it’s always about the people.
