A little magic, a little science, and a whole lot of ice cream! 🧙‍♀️🧪🍦

We had so much fun creating and hosting a customized Witch’s Frozen Potion workshop for this group of excited students!

Our witches mixed up their own magical potions, watched them transform into ice cream on our freezing cold plate, and layered in spooky inclusions like crushed bat wings and slimy toads! 🦇🐸

Who says learning can’t be delicious? 💕

Hospitality isn’t just what you serve. It’s how you make people feel while you’re serving it.

Because yes, we make ice cream. But our reason for being here goes much deeper than that.

We want guests to feel seen. Welcomed. Cared for. Like their visit mattered.

Recently, I went somewhere to grab a drink and the entire interaction happened without a smile, or even a “have a good day.”

And it really stuck with me.

Not because I expect over-the-top service everywhere I go, but because the smallest gestures can completely change how an interaction feels.

A smile. Eye contact. A genuine hello. Acknowledging someone’s presence even if you’re in the middle of a task.

They cost nothing, but they can make someone’s day a little better.

Maybe I’m biased because hospitality is such a big part of what we believe in, but I’m curious:
