UNPREDICTABLE DINING: The art of good food served in the most unpredictable of places. We’re always looking for creative chefs to share their passion. Please contact us if you’re interested in participating! Unpredictable Dining is just that; hosted on the First Friday of every month in a variety of locations our guest chef will feature an extra special menu prepared specially for the occasion.

Due to availability and seating limitations we are not able to accommodate any food substitutions or dietary restrictions. Each season we make sure to host two vegetarian and one seafood focused menu, please reach out if you are unsure which is best for you! Located in, around, or close to Wolfville Nova Scotia, Unpredictable Dining offers a unique and intimate experience for its guests with our culinary team. Each occasion features a Prix Fix style menu to reflect both the seasons and local foods, and always showcasing the chef’s specialties. Our goal is in tempting all your senses making long lasting memories. In November of 2019 we found our home base at Locust & Starr Inn, please visit https://www.locustandstarr.com/ and make your evening an overnight retreat complete with home made Binky's donuts in the morning. It is with much regret that we have made the decision to cancel our dinner for May 7th. Worries over COVID and with the safety of our guests as our priority we are acting now. Our June dinner is fully booked and we are hoping that you will reconsider July, August and September to experience one of our evenings.
