The Shanty Café is a casual dining restaurant and catering business located at 6B Central Street in the heart of beautiful downtown Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. We focus on serving great meals that are flavorful and affordable. Featuring a variety of dishes inspired by
local and international cuisine, this is the perfect location for a relaxing breakfast, a delicious lunch or just a friendly gathering.

Our parent company is the Yarmouth Association for Community Residential Options (YACRO)
Our mission? To bring authentic, real food to our community, providing meaningful jobs for people who face barriers to employment. Come on down, try our all-day breakfast, sandwiches made with our famous Shanty buns, or get adventurous and enjoy a bowl of authentic black
