Hey BBQ Lovers!

As our Pop Up comes to a close we wanted to extend a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to say Hi and grab some 'Que.

We were here for a good time, not a long time, and we will be back soon to tickle your tastebuds with our smokey goodness once again.

If you loved our food, come grab some before the 28th, when our Cinderella Story ends, for now.

Always on the comeback trend, we are redesigning our menu, our service standards, and where we sling BBQ.
We are looking to move to a mobile model, serving you at all your favorite events, popping up at beaches and campgrounds that will have us, and maybe even serving a wedding or two!

Thank you to the Yarmouth Mall for having us, Thank you to Chuck for trusting us with his place for a few months, and mostly thank you to everyone who stopped by with a smiling face!

We will be Delayed Opening today due to Mother Nature Winning the Great Driveway War. (We're stuck again 😭)

Hopefully in a few hrs we will be Unstuck and Slanging great BBQ for you all to warm up with 🔥

We are Snowed in today Folks!

If Sunday BBQ is a necessity for you today, come help dig us out!

Otherwise, we will be back Tuesday to slang some BBQ for you.

To all of our fans, thank you for sticking with us through the growing pains of having our own business for the first time, working 12 hr days, and being parents at the same time.

Also, if you have a dispute with us, bring it to us, directly.

Please remember, we are a two person operation, with family as our focus, and bringing great food second; our service may not be white glove, but the BBQ sauce would stain them pretty bad....

Thank you to everyone who comes for the food, and ignores the rest, we truly are trying our best, despite what folks have to say online.

After looking at my bill this week, I can see exactly why so many folks in the BBQ world are closing their doors.

$8,600 in food cost alone… for a 4-day work week, only being open 3–4 hours a day for lunch. That doesn’t include labor. Doesn’t include overhead. Doesn’t include the hours before sunrise and long after close.

This is a wild time to be in the food service industry—BBQ especially.

We’re in a small town. We only serve lunch. And while it might look like we’re “busy” or “killing it,” the truth is a lot different behind the scenes. Many of us only make money 3–4 hours out of a 24-hour day.

If you’ve ever wondered why pitmasters grind so hard for that Top 50 list…
Why we depend so heavily on travelers stopping through…
Why we show up every day no matter how tired, sore, or beat down we are…

This is your sign.

If there’s ever been a time to support your local BBQ joint, it’s right now.
Because I promise you—no matter how long the line looks, or how packed the place feels—we’re not raking it in. We’re just fighting to keep the fire lit and the doors open.

And we’re grateful for every single person who chooses to show up.

Just a few Updates!!
We are SOLD OUT of RIBS!
Yarmouth, you have SPOKEN!

We received our order yesterday, (had a hiccup that forced us to close)(unfortunate training exercise.. yadda yadda)
So WE WILL GET TO SMOKING!
Ribs should be ready this evening or tomorrow at the latest!

Thank you for all your support, in the last week alone we have gone through:
30lbs of Ribs
100lbs of potatoes
10lbs of chicken
And your undying love for mozza sticks and sour cream reigns supreme!
