June is in full swing, and our summer menu is hitting its stride. Today, we’re spotlighting the bold flavors and refined plates that define dinner at the bistro. From the fresh catch of the day to the perfect sear of a filet, there is a seat at the table waiting for you.
On the Menu:
🐟 Seared Salmon – A bright, seasonal favorite paired with green pea & basil risotto and a strawberry pineapple salsa.
🥩 7 oz. Filet Mignon – Expertly prepared with herb butter, Boursin whipped potatoes, and a savory red wine-herb demi.
🔥 Gochujang Stir Fry – A vibrant blend of assorted vegetables and sesame seeds served over tropical pineapple rice.
🎣 DAN Fry – Our signature whole fried snapper served with pineapple rice, creamed spinach, and a Thai chili kick.
