One year ago today, we opened our food truck for the very first time.

At that point, we had a brand-new truck, barely enough ramen and one dream: bring authentic ramen to Oberägeri.

A lot has happened since then.

What started as a food truck has grown into Ramen am See.

Thank you to everyone who visited us, recommended us to friends, brought family, or came back for another bowl.

Ramen am See got a little upgrade ✨

Admittedly… the old lighting was perfect for „Zoom calls“ and the Co-working this place used to be.
But now its finally a lot cozier for your izakaya nights here in the Ägeri Valley.

We’ve softened the lights, added a warm glow, and leaned into the kind of atmosphere that makes your bowl just a bit more enjoyable 🍜

And speaking of bowls… we’ve also added a Japanese comfort food favorite to the menu 👀 (you’ll hear more about that very soon)

When the brewer shows up himself…
you know it’s going to be good. Got our hands on a few cans of the brewery Braucheib (roughly translates to Brew Dude).

🍺 DDH Pale Ale – juicy & hoppy
🍫 Chocolate Milk Stout – smooth, almost dessert

But we felt it could be simpler, more inviting and just more fun to explore.

So we changed our approach:
→ One rotating Sake of the Month (also by the glass)
→ Additional sake available by the bottle
