Bún Chả - a typical specialty of Hanoi cuisine, was once voted by National Geographic as one of the 10 best street foods in the world.
Typically made with pork, the unique flavour is rendered by grilling the meat over hot coal, served fresh with a home-made sauce of lime and palm sugar.
This dish is perfect to be enjoyed in summer, as it is served with a lot of herbs, vegetables, and lightly steamed rice noodles.
