After years living in the United States of America –land of freedom, ambition, and hamburgers– savoring and testing the best burgers in the world, speaking to chefs, bakers and butchers to master the art of the true American burger, we returned to our hometown of Geneva, Switzerland, in the land of moutaingrass-fed cows, sweet wild buns and the best cheese in the world. For months we prepared and

tested our recipe, working with the best food guys in town to create a burger you could find in a good diner, joint or shack, somewhere in the States. So we created The Hamburger Foundation. To offer the best burger experience with the best fresh and local ingredients.
