CHAPTER 4: Passing the torch to the 4th generation. 🗝️
Tradition isn’t about watching the ashes; it’s about keeping the flame alive. After completing his culinary training with Michelin-starred chef Claude Frôté and gaining international experience in top starred restaurants, Benjamin Konzett graduated from the Lausanne Hotel School in 2014.
Since March 2024, the fourth generation of the Konzett family has officially taken the reins of Hotel Kreuz & Post. We are so proud to continue this rich history and look forward to welcoming you to our mountain home for many years to come! 🏔️
