Dear valued guests,

After 14 wonderful years, we want to share some bittersweet news- our restaurant will be closing at the end of march. This journey has been filled with incredible memories, delicious meals, and most importantly, the support of our amazing guests.

We are deeply grateful for each and everyone of you who have dined with us, celebrated special moments, and been part of our story. Your loyalty and kindness have meant the world to us and we cannot thank you enough.

We’re back for lunch on Wednesdays and Thursdays! As we used to, we have a choice between 3 lunch menus (always changing), we’re open from 11:30 to 14:00 (the kitchen is until 13:30), and you can book online on our website.

We look forward to seeing familiar and new faces again! 🥳

SWISS VEGAN AWARDS! 🥈

We won the second place in the category ‚Gastro‘ and are super grateful for the support, wow! A big thanks to all our guests (especially those who voted for us 😉 and also to our great team! Terimakasih 💚🙏 (team post following soon)

Unfortunately, we couldn’t join the award ceremony as we were away… but here we tried to pose with the award 🙈

COLLAB’ - FILMING DAYS

End of August, we had the pleasure to welcome:
- Chef Jiyoung aka Ellen from the restaurant
- and a film crew
… who traveled all the way from Seoul, South-Korea, for a collaboration and upcoming documentary! We will tell you all about the documentary movie when it’s released (spoiler: it‘s about good vegan food 😉

Diane and Ellen joined synergies and created a yummy fusion indonesian-korean menu for our guests served on a special evening:
- kimchi lumpia (spring roll) with peanut sauce
- nasi campur with: nasi goreng, bulgogi, kimchi, bala-bala, tomato salsa, krupuk
All vegan of course 💪 🌱

INDEPENDENCE DAY //
SWISS VEGAN AWARDS 2023

✌️two things today:
First, 17 August is the indonesian independence day, merdeka! Sukarno read the proclamation of independence on Friday 17 August 1945, and 4 years later Indonesia was officially independent.
And now you also know the indonesian flag! 🇮🇩

Second: Dapur got nominated for participating the swiss vegan award, category Gastro! Thanks to those who nominated us! 🙏 BUT we now need your votes to win ! 🗳️ You can cast your vote on swissveganawards.ch.

S U N B I R D F E S T I V A L
We had a blast at the first edition SunBird Festival in Kulturzentrum Galvanik Zug!!

Amazing atmosphere, nice people, good music, cold drinks and of course flavourful food by Dapur! 😋

Can’t wait for the second edition ! 💃

Thanks for the opportunity and the drinks, staff for the great work (and the creditcard rolls 😆) for the 🔥 concert (sorry other artists, we couldn’t really leave the stand and see you, but it sounded good from afar!), Raghav and Nadine for the good energy and the hard work behind the stand, and everybody else that was involved for a great day!
