Craft Beer and Sourdough Pizza
We are located in the small colonial city of Buga in the Valley de Cauca, surrounded by beautiful green hills and mountains with nature reserves and lakes. We also bake our own bread and pizza (European style) and produce nano-brewed Ales right here.
It all started in 2011 when Stefan Schnur, a German traveler, Clinton Johnson and Isaac Ashlind opened the now famous Holy Water Ale Cafe in Buga and started producing their own beer and sourdough pizza. Since then the demand for our craft beer has grown considerably and we started distributing it in the Valle del Cauca. We are the longest existing microbrewery in this region of Colombia.
Holy Water Ale is a local craft brewery. We brew small batches of beer in our facility in Buga, using carefully selected malts, hops and yeast and fresh mountain water from the Andes. We brew our beer with passion and with highest dedication to quality. Each of our beers is truly handcrafted and has its distinguished character and unique flavor.
