about how challenging it can be, but also how powerful it is.
Because in the coffee world, more and more women are building something of their own — from the farm, in business, in exports, in every space where we didn’t always have a voice before.
And the most beautiful part is that we’re not doing it alone anymore.
We’re finding each other.
We’re supporting each other.
And together we’re changing the story of coffee.
Maybe that’s what’s coming. ☕✨

Dos mujeres hablando de la vida… y del café.
De lo que significa ser mujer mientras tratamos de sostener muchos mundos al mismo tiempo.
El trabajo.
La familia.
Los sueños que queremos construir.
Y el esfuerzo de cuidar también nuestra salud mental en medio de todo.
Hoy hablábamos de eso…
de lo difícil, pero también de lo poderoso que es.
Porque en el mundo del café cada vez somos más mujeres construyendo algo propio: desde la finca, en los negocios, en la exportación, en cada espacio donde antes no siempre teníamos voz.
Y lo más bonito es que ya no lo estamos haciendo solas.
Nos estamos encontrando.
Nos estamos apoyando.
Y juntas estamos cambiando la historia del café.
Tal vez eso es lo que viene. ☕✨
