✨ Dearest friends, family and customers ✨
Clandestina is officially closing it’s doors at the Butterfly Garden. While the closure at that location is permanent, Clandestina is still very much a part of our future plans. We aren’t 100% sure where or when we’ll sprout up again🌾, but we look forward to sharing the exciting details with you as soon as we have them 💥. In the meantime, we want to thank everyone for their support and smiles over the last 5 years. It has been a blast! The core of our love-based business remains intact. We are proud of what we have created. We continue to believe that food brings people together and we can’t wait for a time when we can honor that togetherness again 💛

Clandestina oficialmente está cerrando sus puertas en el Mariposario Montezuma. A pesar del cierre en ese local, Clandestina continúa siendo parte de nuestros planes futuros. No estamos 100% seguros de dónde, cómo y cuándo resurgiremos 🌾 .... pero esperamos con ilusión compartir buenas noticias con ustedes apenas las tengamos 💥Por lo pronto, queremos agradecer el apoyo y las sonrisas recibidas durante estos últimos 5 años. Ha sido un placer.
El corazón de nuestro negocio basado en hacer las cosas con amor permanece intacto, y estamos sumamente orgullosos de lo que hemos creado. Creemos que la comida, como el arte, nos une, y ojalá pronto volvamos a rendir honor a esta comunión 💛

How to keep your spirit up while :

✨Show up for yourself, don’t fall into laziness, staying in bed all day or binge watching netflix. When you treat yourself by showing up it will make you proud of yourself

✨Move your body, take a yoga class, walk, run, bike, dance to your favorite song - movement will help release stuck and stale energy and give you fresh energy.

✨Call your friends, esp. if you are at home alone. Express whatever you feel to each other, create connection by holding space for each other, all feelings are welcome. Nothing as uplifting as feeling seen and understood. Make a tea or dinner date online.

✨Breathe deeply and consciously, a simple way to nourish your nervous system, which might be very out of whack right now, if you are worried and stressed. Simple ways, like placing your hands on your belly and heart, making your exhale twice as long as your inhale.

✨Keep it simple. What are your tips to add to the list?

Hola amigos y familia Montezumeña. Con dolor en el alma decidimos cerrar las puertas de Clandestina hasta nuevo aviso. Esto para proteger a nuestro amado equipo y a la sociedad en general. A pesar de que nos preocupan las repercusiones económicas, nos ilusiona la oportunidad para reflexionar y darle un respiro al planeta. Tiempo para crear y aprender. Tiempo para tomar inventario de nuestras prioridades. Tiempo para evolucionar.
