Tomáš, zakladatel, který se k pekařině dostal tak trochu oklikou. Dřív měl úplně jiný směr, ale nakonec ho přitáhla práce s těstem – řemeslo, kde rozhoduje čas, přesnost a trpělivost.
Vedle něj Tereza, pastry chef, se kterou každý den ve výrobě tvoří sladké menu. Společně ladí chutě, textury i detaily, které pak můžete ochutnat.

Meet the team. This is Tereza and Tomáš 👋
Tomáš, the founder, found his way into baking a bit unexpectedly. He was heading in a completely different direction before being drawn to working with dough – a craft where time, precision, and patience make all the difference.
Next to him is Tereza, our pastry chef, with whom he creates the sweet menu every day in the kitchen. Together, they refine flavors, textures, and details that you can then taste.
