Součástí naší nabídky jsou také kávy z Ugandy, kde máme rodinné vazby prostřednictvím společnosti The Coffee Gardens. Ta produkuje výběrovou kávu v úzké a transparentní spolupráci s místními farmáři. Důraz zde není jen na kvalitu a moderní zpracování, ale také na férové podmínky práce, udržitelné pěstování a ekologicky šetrné postupy. We are a family roastery and seller of specialty coffee. We focus on beans grown in the shade of surrounding, often native trees. This natural way of farming protects the soil, supports biodiversity, and preserves local ecosystems. Some of the farmers whose coffees we offer are certified Bird Friendly®, a guarantee of protecting the land, the environment, and the birds living in these forests. This is also where our name comes from – BirdSong Coffee. Our selection also includes coffees from Uganda, where we have family ties through The Coffee Gardens. This project produces specialty coffee in close and transparent collaboration with local farmers. The emphasis here is not only on quality and modern processing, but also on fair working conditions, sustainable cultivation, and environmentally friendly practices.
