Dear wonderful customers of Windbeuterei SeShu,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce that this week will be our last week of serving you our beloved homemade choux a la crème at our current location.
We want to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible support over the years. Your smiles, your kind words, and your passion for our unique creations have been the driving force behind everything we do. We set out to create something special – haute pâtisserie that everyone could enjoy – and your enthusiasm proved that our dream was possible.
Unfortunately, due to a significant rent increase, we were forced to make the difficult decision to close our doors at this location. While we are sad to leave, we are not giving up on our mission. We believe in the Windbeuterei SeShu concept more than ever and are actively working on the next chapter.
We have a dream of bringing our freshly-filled choux a la crème to more people, possibly through a new, more affordable location or by scaling up our production, marketing, and sales. To help us achieve this, we are looking for:
* Investors who are as passionate about high-quality, accessible pâtisserie as we are and who can help us grow and expand our vision.
* Anyone who knows of a perfect, affordable location in Berlin where we can continue our journey and create new memories with you.
