We are Laura and Alessandro and Domu Nosta is “our home.”
We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy restaurant. Although we mostly use ingredients from Italy, some recipes are revisited with local foods we’ve fallen in love with here in Germany. Domu Nosta’s varied menu is designed to minimize food waste. For us, food is about culture, joy, nourishment, experiences, connections and community. H

*Homemade malloreddus with lamb ragù*

Malloreddus are a traditional Sardinian pasta made exclusively from durum wheat semolina and water.

They are small, ridged pasta shapes - often described as "gnocchetti sardi" (Sardinian little gnocchi) though they contain no potato - designed to capture and hold the sauce.

Here they are served with a rich, hearty lamb ragù, finished with shavings of pecorino cheese and fresh basil.

Just added to the menu: raw artichokes, finely sliced and dressed with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon.

Also available with Sardinian Pecorino sheep’s cheese or bottarga (salted, cured fish roe from mullet), served grated and in thin slices, as shown in the photo.

Petrizza by Masone Mannu is a Vermentino di Gallura that reflects its land in every sip, in the heart of northern Sardinia.

Fresh and saline, with citrus notes and the characteristic almond finish, it’s a white wine that is anything but ordinary: a wine that lives, grows, and expresses itself.

“Wine is alive. Like those who love it, it is born, it matures, and it dies.
It does not last forever.
Enjoy it at its peak, without postponing it for a ‘better occasion’ that will never come.”

You’ll find this line on the back label as well, perfectly embodied by the 2024 vintage - the first to be Demeter*-certified.
