starting off our guest chef series with hugo from dussal
we first met hugo 2 years ago, while dining at his restaurant at the côte d’azur
being only 23 years old, he already is the master of innovative flavor combinations
his food is devised around whichever herbs,fruit and vegetables are growing in his own garden

we will be serving hugos interpretation on the sri lankan cuisine, paired with wine from edel&faul and 8greenbottles
