It's been quiet here for a while.
I've had a tough time finding my place in coffee over the past three years since our pop-up shop closed.
Coffee has always been my passion, and I love everything about it - the product, the people I've met, and the impact it can have.
Starting my own business wasn't easy, but it's always been worth it.
Now I'm excited to share my love for sourcing, roasting, and brewing coffee with you again.
In November, I got the keys to my first shop, and after two months of putting in my heart, sweat and literally blood, it's looking "quite different" 🤭.
I'm grateful to everyone who helped me to achieve this "make over". 🫶😘
Here are a few glimpses of the process but come check it out for yourself!
Going forward, I'll be focusing on direct relationships with producers in Latin America I have built over my time in coffee, which will allow me to offer more variety from each country and more traceability.
My goal is to create a community space where everyone can come together to enjoy and learn about coffee.
Let's share ideas and build something special!
I hope this will be a place where everyone can find a great cup of coffee and good company.
