This time, we’re travelling to Veneto—our tribute to our region and its springtime flavors.
In Veneto there’s a tradition that’s been loved for centuries: “Ovi e Sparasi.” - Eggs and Asparagus, a tradition loved for centuries and shared around the table.
So what is Mimosa Art?
Mimosa is a symbol of spring—light, golden, and airy. On this pizza, It’s a hard-boiled egg, finely squeezed over the pizza, creating that light “mimosa” golden sprinkle look.
To bring everything together, we add our house-made mayonnaise…creamy, gently tangy, and the perfect bridge between asparagus and egg.
