ardly surprising that our main suppliers here all are certified organic producers, which can be found in the area around Berlin: Biolandhof Zielke, Terra Naturkost, Bio Kräuterei Oberhavel, Magdeburger Pilzmanufaktur and Nudelmanufaktur Märkische Schweiz. We get our milk from the Spreewald region, cheese specialties of certified organic food traders arrive at our end from southern Germany and Italy. Any pasta, apart from the stuffed varieties, can also be ordered gluten-free.
