I don’t know why I’m ever out of this fermented hot sauce 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️! It’s so easy to make and so delicious! Just fill a jar with a mix of peppers sweet and spicy, onion, garlic and fill with a salty brine (1tbls to 1liter of water) and let bubble away for 3-4 days.. blend the veggies adding a bit of the leftover brine if needed and bottle! We added fresh turmeric to one of these and pineapple to the yellow one! They’re all so tasty!! Enjoy!!

Winter warming meals! It's nice to have things that are comforting and filling this time of year but still not too heavy to keep our energy up in these times when energy can be a little hard to find. This is a polenta spinach bake with hazelnuts and sage and vegan bechamel, roasted pumpkin, and grilled broccoli with lemon garlic breadcrumbs.. Enjoy!

It’s 6.30 am Thursday and the vegan egg salad sandwiches are coming together.. for so many years as a musician I never thought I’d see the day from this way round.. 6.30 is bed time.. good morning Berlin.. I do love being a chef for you.. despite the ungodly hour.. The light is nice.. 🌻

We’re hiring! In Berlin.. Chefs and drivers.. :) We could not be happier to announce that our team of talented vegan chefs needs to grow! We have been working away through surprisingly busy times for us even without private dinners and events this last year, we have still been busy in the kitchen cooking and creating and bringing food all over the city..

We are looking for freelance chefs that have a passion for making vegan food, love both creative and comforting flavours, and have an eye for fun and beautiful visual food aesthetics.. for from 8 people to around 40 creating delicious day menus. 2 course breakfasts and 4 course lunches.

And drivers! Calm and lovely who can lend a hand in a last minute service prep rush and drive around the city in a way that food loves.. no hard cornering for cupcakes.. ;)

Vegan Frangipan! Anyone know why it's called this? seems to have nothing to do with the flowering tree in Australia..
Anyway.. It’s delicious! with plums and apricots and a lot of almonds it's rich and tangy.. another great place to use aquafaba! (chickpea water :)
There are lots of places where aquafaba works for other people and doesn't seem to work for me.. :( but i can't complain about this one.. enjoy your Sunday!

Light bites! Rice with grilled pineapple and corn, cashew and fermented tofu sourcream, classic guac and cilantro.. a ring of our fermented chilli lime pineapple that we dehydrate and use all over the place, cocktail garnish, salads, stews, sandwiches..
