Dear friends and coffee lovers,

Today, I want to talk to you about our choice to use our personal blend, made of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta. This combination was carefully selected to offer a balanced, aromatic coffee with great character.

Arabica, with its fine acidity and delicate aromatic notes, gives the coffee a refined profile, featuring hints of fruit, flowers, and chocolate. Its lower caffeine content makes it perfect for those who seek a smoother, more harmonious experience.

Robusta, on the other hand, is the backbone of our blend: it adds body, intensity, and a thick, persistent crema—the hallmark of a true Italian espresso. Its stronger taste, with notes of cocoa and dried fruit, perfectly balances the sweetness of Arabica, delivering a bold and enveloping cup.

Together, these two varieties create our signature blend, a coffee that is well-balanced, aromatic, and full-bodied, ideal for any moment of the day. It’s the perfect harmony of elegance and strength, sweetness and intensity, making every sip a unique experience.
