The rumors are true. After 5 years away, the Sunday Breakfast Market is back at Markthalle Neun, and this is not your everyday Big Stuff Smoked BBQ lineup.

For this one special day, we’re switching things up: breakfast bagels, a massive brunch plate, smoked meats, homemade bacon, and a lot of eggs.

Behind the bar, we’re going all in too: Mimosas, Spritz variations, and a Chicharrón Bloody Mary made for the occasion.

Come fresh, come hungover, come with friends, solo, or on a date. Just come hungry.

It’s spring, so there’ll also be a flower market alongside the food.

This Sunday is for the sweet tooth at Markthalle Neun.

We’ve been working on something new and a little unexpected. Our first ever sweet smoked item is here. A chocolate chip cookie straight from the smoker with our own smoked salt flakes on top. Warm, rich, a little smoky, and very hard to stop at one.

And because cookies (and the rest of our menu) deserve a proper pairing, Alessandra from Sfusobuono is joining us for a few hours. She’ll be pouring her wines and sharing the joys of bag in box wine, which is not only delicious but also sustainable.

You should be there!

Diesen Sonntag wird die Markthalle Neun zum Süßwarenladen.

Zu diesem Anlass kommen wir mit einer kleinen Überraschung um die Ecke. Unsere erste geräucherte Süßspeise. Genauer, ein Chocolate Chip Cookie direkt aus dem Smoker mit unserem geräucherten Salz bestreut. Warm, voll, leichter Rauch und ziemlich unwiderstehlich.

Und weil man zu Cookies (und dem Rest unserer Karte) auch was Gutes trinken sollte, haben wir Alessandra von Sfusobuono hinter der Bar für ein paar Stunden. Sie wir ihr Weine ausschenken und die Freude der Bag-in-Box Weine teilen, die nicht nur ein wunderbarer Genuss sind sondern auch noch ziemlich nachhaltig.

Da solltet ihr dabei sein!

Our friends from Chiemsee are back behind the bar: House of Natural Taste.
They’re pouring their Hot Berry and Glühbirne, both easily outshining any classic Glühwein

plus Spritzes for a bit of extra sparkle on a Sunday.

Bar is hot and running from 11:00-18:00.

And after last week’s duck sold out faster than a duck can quack, we’re bringing it back.

Round two of Merry Markthalle is coming up this Sunday!

After a wonderful opening weekend, we’re turning up the festive cheer with a special duck dish and soul-warming whiskey creations. Think bottle-aged Vieux Carré paired with smoked duck breast. And since last week’s Riesling special brought so many smiles, we’ll have more by-the-glass treats waiting for you.

Come by, take a stroll, feast and sip, all under the cozy market roof.

Runde Zwei der Merry Markthalle diesen Sonntag!

Nach einem wunderbaren ersten Wochenende, legen wir mit einem Entenspezial und Whiskey Drinks nochmal eine festliche Schippe drauf. Flaschengereifter Vieux Carré zusammen mit geräucherter Entenbrust. Und weil letztes Wochenende unsere Rieslinge für so viel Freude gesorgt hat, machen wir da einfach weiter und entkorken noch ein paar weitere Flaschen.

Kommt vorbei zum Schlendern, Festessen, Nippen. Alles unter dem schützenden Markthallendach.

CHEESE Berlin is back

This Sunday, 09.11.2025, the market turns into a cheese lover’s paradise with Cheese Berlin - and of course, we’re in on it.
Our melted-cheese-on-the-sandwich special is back for the whole weekend, starting from Street Food Thursday!
On Sunday, we’re also opening a few special bottles by the glass — Magnums, naturally (because that’s what Sundays are for).
Come for the cheese, stay for the wine… and maybe take a deeper dive into our treasure box that is our wine list while you’re at it.

DIE CHEESE ist wieder da!

Sonntag, 09.11.2025 verwandelt sich die Markthalle wieder in einen Käsetraum - und wir sind natürlich wieder dabei.

Das schmelz-käse-auf-dein-Sandwich Spezial ist fürs ganze Wochenende wieder zurück, ab dem street food thursday!

Zudem machen wir am Sonntag ein paar spezielle Flaschen auf, die ganz wunderbar glasweise zum Käse passen. Natürlich Magnums. Die passen so gut zu Sonntag.
Kommt für den Käse, bleibt für den Wein.. und ihr habt vielleicht ein wenig mehr Zeit, noch tiefer in unserer Weinkiste zu stöbern...
