Dear Guests, Dear Friends,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce Prism will be closing its doors at the end of August 2025. After an incredible journey of serving you, our beloved community, we’ve made the difficult decision to close this chapter.
We are deeply grateful for the memories, the laughter, and the countless moments shared over our dishes. Your support has been the heart of Prism, and it’s been an honour to cook for you.

For the past 7 years we put our everything into this restaurant. And while we can’t deny we enjoyed basking in our success and celebrating every award we received, the truth is, we are exhausted. While we wished to create a small intimate neighbourhood restaurant in which we invite our guests to get to know us and eat our food, the times became more and more difficult to justify a fine dining restaurant. We pushed, took on more and more upon ourselves and committed to new projects to try and justify keeping our dream alive in prism, but it has become overwhelming. We didn’t give up without giving it our everything.

We want to thank our business partners, who supported us all the way, designed the restaurant and were there for us, not just for the high points and the crests, but especially at our worst crisis and our lowest points. They stood by us through difficult summers, a pandemic, tourism downturn, energy crisis and recession - we never felt we were alone in this. It always felt like a joint effort and that somebody was supporting us and pushing us on and for that we will be eternally grateful. We never had the partners with the deepest pockets, but we were blessed with the partners with the biggest heart.

We will stay open throughout the month of August, the last service will be on the 30/8. Until then, we would love to get the chance to say goodbye to all our loving guests and friends in person. We are very happy to go out on a high note with our chin up, with our summer menu in full force and to empty our wine cellar with you, look out for some unique bottles we saved for the new pope.

Wir hoffen, Ihnen hat unser Frühlingsmenü geschmeckt, aber wie alle guten Dinge ist auch diese Zeit vorbei. Diejenigen unter Ihnen, die uns schon lange folgen, wissen, dass wir uns stets bemühen, Ihnen neue und aufregende Erlebnisse zu bieten, die Ihre Sinne begeistern und Ihren Genuss ernst nehmen.

In den Frühlingsmonaten haben wir Ihnen unsere Heimat nähergebracht und Ihnen europäische Produkte und Zutaten in den europäischen Frühling mit seinen einzigartigen Aromen präsentiert. Für die Sommerkarte laden wir Sie zu einer Reise um die Welt ein.

Wir bringen Ihnen Einflüsse aus Thailand, den USA, Japan, Mexiko und Frankreich näher und lassen in jede dieser aufregenden Küchen unsere Essenz der levantinischen Küche einfließen. Wir versprechen Ihnen neue und aufregende Geschmackskombinationen, die Sie nie für möglich gehalten hätten. Von israelischer Mango mit chinesischer Ma La-Sauce bis hin zu Hamachi mit Wassermelone und thailändischer Nahm Jim-Sauce. Wir haben auch extrem seltenes A5 Wagyu-Brisket beschafft, das wir im Stil eines amerikanischen BBQ mit levantinischen Gewürzen und einem japanischen Touch räuchern werden.

Wir haben auch neue und aufregende Gerichte À-la-carte. Eine reichhaltig Foie Gras, inspiriert von dem Gericht Kebab bil-Karaz aus Aleppo, serviert mit Sauerkirschen, oder unsere neue Version des Hummer-Tacos, inspiriert von den Aromen des Shawarma. Mexiko trifft auf den Libanon.


Neuigkeiten aus unserem Weinkeller: Jacqueline hat neue Weine aus Israel ausgewählt, die Ihre Vorstellung von Weinen aus dem östlichen Mittelmeerraum noch weiter herausfordern werden. Außerdem gibt es eine neue Cocktailkarte, die zu beiden Menüs passt. Wir haben immer den perfekten Drink für Ihren Abend.

Dear Guests, Dear Friends,

We hope you enjoyed our Spring menu, but like all good things, It is time for a change. Those of you who follow us for a long time know we always push ourselves to give you a new and exciting experience to thrill your senses and take your pleasure seriously.

During the Spring months we brought you closer to home, bringing our European produce and ingredients into the European spring and its unique flavours. For the summer menu we are inviting you to join us on a trip around the world.

We bring you influences from Thailand, USA, Japan, Mexico and France and into each of those exciting cuisines we pour our essence of Levantine cuisine. We promise you new and exciting flavour combinations that you never before thought were possible. From Israeli Mango with Chinese Ma La sauce, to Hamachi with Watermelon and Thai Nahm Jim sauce. We also sourced extremely rare A5 Wagyu Brisket, which we are going to smoke in the style of American BBQ, with Levantine Spices and a Japanese touch.

We also have new and exciting dishes on the A La Carte selection. A rich Foie Gras inspired by the Aleppo dish of Kebab bil-Karaz, served with sour cherries, or our new version of the Lobster taco, inspired by the flavours of Shawarma. Mexico meets Lebanon.

News from our cellar, as Jacqueline has curated new wines from Israel that will challenge what you think you know about Eastern Mediterranean wines even further and also a new cocktail menu to match both menus. We always have a perfect drink to pair to your evening.
